Heads Up: ESTA Fee Is Increasing!

As of September 30, the fee for the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) is set to increase significantly, from $21 to $40. This change applies to all applications submitted and paid for on or after September 30, 2025. The price hike is part of a new regulation implemented by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for the 2025 fiscal year.

If you’re planning a trip to the United States and don’t yet have an approved ESTA, it’s recommended that you apply and pay the fee before September 30 to secure the current rate of $21.
