She has more than 13 years of aviation experience gained at Ryanair, Etihad Airways, Wizz Air, and Norwegian. She lived and worked abroad for six years, mainly in England, but also lived in Germany and Abu Dhabi. This means she is well-versed not only in the language but also in the local culture, communication style, and everyday life.

For the past four years, she has been teaching English, primarily providing IELTS exam preparation, Aviation English, and Business English, both in individual and group settings.
