This country will be the most visited country in the world by 2040

France is currently the most visited country in the world, but Spain is expected to attract more visitors by 2040, according to a study by Google and Deloitte. Spain is forecast to receive 110 million tourists, an increase of more than 24% compared to 84 million in 2023.  So far this year, Spain has set records for both visitor numbers and tourism revenues, known for its family-friendly hotels, wonderful beaches and excellent gastronomy, and is expected to overtake France (105 million) and the United States (100 million) in the popularity rankings.
