Peru still preserves its past even in the present. Every year there are around 3,000 famous festivals held throughout the country, almost all of which showcase the most diverse aspects of traditional costumes, music, dances and rituals.

The country is developing culturally, economically and in terms of infrastructure. There are many immigrants from abroad, from America, Europe, Australia, but also from Africa and China. However, the majority of the population are still Indians, whose culture is very different from that of Europeans, but who are extremely well-meaning, helpful, hard-working, open, hospitable and eager to talk.
